Taiwanese Food DIY

Here's my recent creation at Taiwanese/Chinese food.

Just chop thinly one onion and 1 garlic clove together with a few drops of olive oil (yes, I prefer olive oil to any other frying oil) in a wok. Then let it become golden and then add some red peppers. Mix until they become soft and then add a bag of beansprouts. Season with soy sauce ( I prefer dark one), salt and Chinese spice mix.

Bring some water to boil; add some noodles (any you particularly like), the boiling water and let it cook for a few minutes. Finally add the pak choi or Chinese cabbage leaves and check the seasoning is right to taste.

I've also prepared some fresh cod fish to go with the noodles. Simply marinate in dark soy sauce and cook over medium heat.

Enjoy!
